I’m Paulo Lombardi, a management student at Clemson University. I write email flows and campaigns for Shopify brands using Klaviyo.Before this, I worked as a Chinese-English localization intern on Soul Tide, a mobile RPG, rewriting copy so it landed with English-speaking players. Email is the same job: figure out what the reader cares about, then write so they act.Studying business means I care about the numbers behind the copy: revenue per recipient, flow conversion rates, and repeat purchase rate.
